The NPI will be used by HIPAA-covered entities (e.g., health plans, health care clearinghouses, and certain health care providers) to identify health care providers in HIPAA standard transactions. A covered health care provider, under HIPAA, is any health care provider who transmits health information in electronic form in connection with a transaction for which the Secretary of Health and Human Services has adopted a standard, even if the health care provider uses a business associate to do so.

I had a terrible experience at Dental Magic in Denton. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful when I called to schedule an appointment. When I finally got in for my appointment, I felt like the dentist was rushing through the examination and didn't take the time to fully explain what was going on with my teeth. The staff also seemed disorganized and I ended up waiting for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I will not be going back to Dental Magic in Denton.

I was disappointed with my visit to Dental Magic in Denton. The dental hygienist was rough during my cleaning and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The dentist seemed disinterested and barely spoke to me during the examination. The office itself also felt outdated and not well-maintained. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or confident in the care I was receiving at Dental Magic in Denton.
