Online orders may be picked up from our one of our Store Fronts Monday-Friday during regular store hours.
All orders can be picked up in threebusiness days! You will get email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up, which may be quicker than stated above.
Orders Placed Friday after 10am- Sunday and select Holidays will not be ready for pickup until Tuesday unless stated otherwise by a confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is ready to be picked up. Orders will be kept at our Store Front until they are picked up!

We accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items up to thirty (30) calendar days from the date you place your order. Online Credit has no expiration date.

We will not accept an exchange or return on a damaged item after the five (5) day period.
Darling State Of Mind reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the thirty (30) day return policy and guidelines. The items can be sent back to you with a return fee and no credit will be given.
Please note that our Brick and Mortar Return Policy is different than our Online Return Policy based on the turnover of inventory.
Each item is photographed at it's very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
Exchange Policy:
Please place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange within 30 days of ordering your previous order. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. A full refund will be given for exchanges ONLY for a different size or color in the same item. Please write the NEW order number for the exchanged item on the bottom of the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise. All other returns will be issued store credit.

1. John - 1/5 stars - The Cleveland Browns team mascot is absolutely horrendous. It's a giant dog with strange-looking eyes and a creepy smile. It's supposed to represent team spirit, but it just ends up looking tacky and cheap. The design is clearly rushed and lacks any creativity or originality. I can't help but cringe whenever I see it on the sidelines during games. It's definitely one of the worst mascots in the NFL.

The dog costume itself is poorly made and looks extremely outdated. I also found the mascot's behavior during the games to be quite boring.
