I was extremely disappointed with the Catholic University Mascot. As a devout Catholic, I believe that our university should uphold the values and teachings of the faith. Having a mascot, which is essentially a secular symbol, goes against the principles of Catholicism. I found it inappropriate and distracting during university events, where our focus should be on celebrating our faith and education.
