1. John - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the Carnivao magic thermal suite. The facilities were outdated and not well-maintained. The sauna had a weird odor and the steam room was barely working. The relaxation area was cramped and uncomfortable, with old and worn-out chairs. Overall, it was not the relaxing and rejuvenating experience I was hoping for. I wouldn't recommend it.
