I tried the black magic wheel cleaner on my car and it is a good product. I sprayed all four wheels and by the time I got back around to the first one they were ready to rinse. It says no scrub but there will be a few areas that will require a little rubbing. It does the majority of the hard work though. And there is no harsh chemical smell.

I followed the instructions exactly, sprayed it on my wheels, and left it for the recommended amount of time. However, when I went to rinse it off, it did absolutely nothing. My wheels were still covered in brake dust and grime. I ended up having to use a different wheel cleaner to get the job done. I definitely do not recommend this product.
