We will add a small ice pack when we think it is necessary, but that will only keep your items cool for a few hours. Please do not order chocolate or other soft candies when temperatures are above 71 degrees at the highest. Thank you. WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Cool Shield thermal mailers are designed to keep temperatures consistent during transit. These mailers are to be used for mailing or packing meltable and perishable food via 1-2 day service. (Please see notes below for additional shipping information.) Thermal mailers may be used with or without a cool pack inside; although, we always recommend cool packs.

ICE-BRIX® is a specially formulated leakproof, long lasting, gel refrigerant that is made with non-toxic ingredients They are sealed in a heavy-duty plastic pouch and help keep meltable products at a constant and desirable temperature and are reusable.

HOW MANY DO I NEED?
As a general rule you will need one (1) thermal mailer for each of the following:
- 1 XXL item (greater than 2.5lbs)
- 2 XL item (1-1.5lbs)
- 3-4 large items (12-16oz)
- 4-6 regular items (7-11oz)
- 6-10 small items (up to 6oz)
As a general rule you will need one (1) ice pack for each of the following:
- NOTE: Chocolate items may required additional ice packs
- 2 large items (8-16oz)
- 3-4 regular items (up to 7oz)
- For items larger than 1lbs (16oz) we recommend 2 ice packs per item.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTION SHOULD I USE?
It is highly recommended that you purchase an expedited shipping option in addition to thermal packaging to increase the likelihood that your order will arrive unmelted. Neither the ice packs nor thermal envelopes are designed to last the 4-5 days that standard shipping may take to arrive. In most cases and especially during warm weather months the ice packs will last approximately two days and will not last past 3 days when packed with thermal envelopes.

- If you purchase UPS 2nd day, Overnight, or Next Day service along with ice packs and thermal envelopes and your order still arrives melted please contact us and we will work with you on a resolution.

1. Sarah - 2/5 stars - I was really excited to try out the Aqua Magic Galaxy Starlite, but I was extremely disappointed with the product. The design looked amazing online, but in reality, it was cheaply made. The colors were not as vibrant as advertised, and the lights were not bright enough to create a magical atmosphere. Additionally, after just a few uses, it started to malfunction and the projection became blurry. I would not recommend this product.
2. Mark - 1/5 stars - I regret purchasing the Aqua Magic Galaxy Starlite projector. It promised to create a soothing and relaxing ambiance, but it did quite the opposite for me. The lights were extremely dim, making it difficult to see the projected image clearly. The noise from the motor was also very distracting and far from calming. Moreover, the battery life was very short, so I constantly had to recharge it. Save your money and look for a better alternative.
3. Jennifer - 2/5 stars - The Aqua Magic Galaxy Starlite projector did not live up to my expectations. The projection quality was subpar, and the images were not clear or sharp. The product also had a strange odor when I first opened it, which made me question its quality. Furthermore, it was smaller than I anticipated, so it didn't cover a large enough area. I found it to be overpriced for what it offered, and I would not purchase it again.
