Ava's accumulator

Ava's accumulator is an item awarded to the player by completing the quest Animal Magnetism if the player is above level 50 Ranged (players with lower than 50 Ranged will instead receive Ava's attractor). It is equipped in the cape slot, can pick up a player's ranged ammunition after they fire it, and every 3.5 minutes, will attract an assortment of metal ammunition. The accumulator gives the second best Ranged attack bonus for the cape slot.

Like all of Ava's devices, the accumulator will not work when metal torso armour (Ahrim's top included) is worn, as this will cause 'interference'. A list of metal torso armour that does not interfere with Ava's accumulator can be found here.

Ava (found in Draynor Manor) will upgrade the attractor for anyone who obtains 50 Ranged after the quest for a price of 75 steel arrows, along with either 999 coins or an attractor (If you bring both coins and an attractor, the attractor will be used). After that, it can be upgraded to Ava's assembler (upon completion of Dragon Slayer II) for Vorkath's head and 75 mithril arrows, as well as 4,999 coins or an Accumulator.

Upon dying, if it is not an item kept on death, it will be stored in the player's grave until reclaimed. If not reclaimed within an hour, it can be reacquired by speaking with Ava and purchased for 999 coins and 75 steel arrows. Multiple devices may be possessed at the same time.

As with Ava's other devices, Ava's accumulator can be used on both Lanthus in the Castle Wars lobby and Nomad in the Soul Wars lobby to permanently activate the effect in the minigames.

The Ava's accumulator can also be combined with the max cape to change its appearance by turning it into the accumulator max cape.

Reviews for "The wait is over: Amulet book 8 finally has a release date"

1. John - 2/5 stars - I was really disappointed with Amulet book 8 appearance date. I have been eagerly waiting for this book for months, and when it finally came out, I found it to be underwhelming. The plot felt rushed and the characters lacked depth. It felt like the author was just trying to tie up loose ends without putting much effort into the story. Overall, I was left unsatisfied and it didn't live up to my expectations.
2. Sarah - 3/5 stars - While I enjoyed the previous books in the Amulet series, I found book 8 appearance date to be a bit lackluster. The story felt disjointed and there were too many subplots that didn't add much to the overall plot. Additionally, some key characters were underutilized and their arcs felt rushed. It's great to see the series continue, but this installment fell short for me.
3. Emily - 2/5 stars - I have been a fan of the Amulet series since the beginning, but book 8 appearance date left me disappointed. The artwork, which is usually a standout feature of the series, looked rushed and lacked the detail and vibrancy of previous books. The story also felt predictable and lacked the sense of wonder and adventure that I had come to expect from the series. I hope that the next installment will recapture the magic of earlier books.
4. Mark - 2/5 stars - As a long-time reader of the Amulet series, I was let down by book 8 appearance date. The story felt repetitive and didn't bring anything new or exciting to the table. The plot also seemed to meander without a clear direction, making it difficult to stay engaged. Overall, this book felt like a filler episode rather than a significant addition to the series, and I hope that future books will recapture the excitement and magic that made me fall in love with the series in the first place.
