My Magic Bullet Looks used to work fine, I re-installed after effects after having a misunderstanding over a clip which was HEVC and I thought it was mp4. After I realised there was no problems with the HEVC and converted my HEVC clip to MP4, my new re-installed After Effects shows a Black Screen whenever I apply Magic Bullet Looks. I don't have a graphics card and cannot switch from "Mercury Software Graphics", I am running an I5-1035G1, 8GB ram and my computer is 64 bit on windows 11. I have even tried switching between "8bpc", "16bpc" and "32bpc". My After Effects before re-installation didn't say this but this one does, in the top right corner "Display Acceleration Disabled". I am running After Effects CC 2021 by the way, if anybody could provide any help I'd be extremely grateful.

What's new in Magic Bullet Looks 2023.0.0:

      • Magic Bullet 2023 adds the recently released Halation and Diffusion tools to Looks in Cinema 4D. Powerful enhancements to the Looks Cinema 4D workflow in the recently released OCIO mode have been added. The Looks integration into the Unreal Engine 5 now works flawlessly. Furthermore, Denoiser is now available for Final Cut Pro and compatible with M1 machines.

Note : Magic Bullet Looks is part of the Magic Bullet Suite.

No amount of image and video processing can have the impact that color grading has, and this is exactly why, most of the time, the final touch is provided through performing adjustments to the colors and their derived parameters. Having the right means to perform professional color grading is essential, and Magic Bullet Looks will address exactly such requirements, by providing you with the joint functionality of several components that address multimedia content enhancement through professional color fine-tuning.

On-screen controls for performing adjustments, akin to those found on dedicated consoles, enhance processing

Most approaches that involve fine-tuning of parameters are almost always better off when aided by either dedicated, physical consoles, featuring knobs or buttons, or, their digital analogs, emulators. Elaborating on this, Magic Bullet Looks comes equipped with the latter.

Thanks to the included on-screen controls for the different color and nuance parameters, you will be able to rely on an ergonomic process when performing adjustments. This will result in a smoother workflow.

A wide range of tools that carry pre-defined elements for color grading, coupled with color presets

In addition to the aforementioned features, the application also comes sporting a variety of tools that are intended at making your work easier. I believe that by relying on the included elements and presets, users will be able to increase the efficiency and smoothness of their color grading process.

Furthermore, having access to the included library that features numerous, categorized elements for looks, will always bring a good starting point, therefore increasing the versatility of the approach.

Solid color grading software, whose emphasis revolves around flexibility and a good deal of built-in pre-defined elements

This application addresses those who seek a tool that can help them achieve enhanced color grading, through console-like, on-screen controls, and a well-sourced palette of built-in features and templates.

Hiya, I'm new here and I've been struggling with this problem for a while now. I have the 2022 version of ae and I use the Red Giant Magic Bullet Suite 14.0.2. But when I add the MBL plugin to my adjustment layer there is always an error. And I've never managed to get it to work. I have my clip and it looks completely fine, but I add the plugin and either it just doesn't appear and just makes the screen go black, speeds the whole video up really fast, keeps my cedit but leaves it unchanged, or makes the screen go black and adds random flashes.

          For the attachments below:

          1. So I have my video which is working completely fine.

          2. I add the plugin and my video turns black.

          3. I select edit and I'm able to see the video again, I select a colouring and then press the tick in the bottom right.

          4. my video goes back to being black and when I watch the preview it has random flashes.

In addition to the pre-designed looks, Magic Bullet Looks also offers a powerful set of tools for fine-tuning and customizing the appearance of footage. These tools include color correction controls, exposure adjustments, and various filters and effects. These can be used to achieve a specific aesthetic or to match the look of other shots in a project.

Reviews for "Enhancing Action Sequences in After Effects with Magic Bullet Looks"

          1. Sarah - 1 star - I was really disappointed with Magic Bullet Looks for After Effects. The interface was confusing and not intuitive at all. It took me a long time to figure out how to achieve the look I wanted, and even then, it didn't turn out as expected. The effects it offers are also limited and not very impressive. I wouldn't recommend this plugin to anyone.
          2. John - 2 stars - While Magic Bullet Looks for After Effects has some nice presets, I found it to be very resource-intensive. It significantly slowed down my workflow and made the rendering process much longer. Additionally, the plugin lacks customization options, which makes it difficult to achieve unique and personalized looks. Overall, I think there are better alternatives available for color grading and effects in After Effects.
          3. Emily - 2 stars - I had high hopes for Magic Bullet Looks for After Effects, but I was left feeling disappointed. The plugin frequently crashed or caused glitches in my projects, which was frustrating and time-consuming. The colors it offers are also too exaggerated and unrealistic for my taste. I ended up uninstalling it and opting for other plugins that provided more reliable and natural-looking results.
          4. Michael - 1 star - Magic Bullet Looks for After Effects was a waste of my money. The effects it offers are dated and don't live up to their promises. I struggled to find any use for it in my projects, and the few times I did use it, it didn't add any value. There are much better plugins available that provide more options and deliver better results. I regret purchasing this plugin and would not recommend it to others.
          5. Linda - 2 stars - I found Magic Bullet Looks for After Effects to be quite overpriced for the limited features it offers. The effects and presets available are not unique or groundbreaking, and I could achieve similar results using other, more affordable plugins or even the built-in tools in After Effects. The user interface is also clunky and not intuitive, making it difficult to navigate and utilize efficiently. Overall, I was underwhelmed by this plugin and wouldn't recommend it to fellow filmmakers or designers.
