By admin

Witchcraft by Devon Cole is a comprehensive examination of the history, beliefs, practices, and controversies surrounding the world of witchcraft. The book explores the origins of witchcraft and delves into its historical development, from ancient civilizations to modern times. Cole investigates different cultural perspectives on witchcraft and the varying beliefs associated with the craft, including the idea of witches as healers, wise women, or spiritual practitioners. One of the main focuses of the book is the practice of witchcraft in contemporary society. Cole explores the resurgence of interest in witchcraft and the growth of modern witchcraft traditions, such as Wicca and Neo-paganism. The author delves into the rituals, spells, and magic practiced by witches today, shedding light on their beliefs and practices.

Step 1. Apply after skincare routine.
Step 2. Gently press cushion foundation with included puff.
Step 3. Pat onto face and smooth out to blend.
Step 4. Build to desired coverage level.

Magic Snow Cushion uses micro multi-cover powder that combines ALUMINA powder with excellent transparency, which has a refractive index similar to that of the skin, and TIO2 powder with excellent coverage, to arrange diffused light from the skin to express clear skin. In terms of oil control, maybe it depends on individual eg the primer you use , or if you stay in air-condition room most of the time but i would say that 2.

Cole addresses the stereotypes and stigmas that often surround witches, debunking myths and offering a balanced perspective on the craft.

April Skin Review Part 1 - Magic Snow Cushion White & Black

Back again with another review, and this time it's the review of April Skin's products - Magic Snow Cushion (both black and white), as well as Magic Honey Tint and Magic Oil Tint. Since It's quite long, I decided to divide this into 2 parts.

You can read more about the Lip Tints on the second part here. For now, let's focus on the two cushion foundation :)

White = Moisture // Black = Coverage

The main difference between white and black is basically the finish, coverage level, and moisture content. White is targeted for dry skin with 60% water-based serum, while Black is for Oily & Combination Skin with silkier finish and higher coverage.

Both of the cushions come in 3 shades: #21 Light Beige, #22 Pink Beige, #23 Natural Beige. I got mine in the shade #21 for the white snow cushion and shade #22 for the black snow cushion. Down below you can see the difference between the two.

Shade 21 is very pale and while both of them have pink beige undertone, Shade 21 is more neutral than the pinkish 22. It might not be a concern for most people since a lot of BB creams do have pinkish undertone, but for me it is a minus point since I have extremely yellow skin. I prefer #21 a lot more than the #22 for this reason, even though it is kinda too light for my skin.

Magic Snow Cushion White has a pretty glowy finish, perfect if you have dry skin or love the Korean dewy look. Magic Snow Cushion Black on the other hand, gives a subtle inner glow effect on the skin and provides more coverage for troubled skin. I honestly can't decide which of the two is better. I love them both equally. I love the fact that they are moisturizing on the skin and does not accentuate dry patches.

Since White is a lot more moisturizing, it is not as long lasting as the Black version. You skin gets oily quicker with the Magic Snow Cushion White on. Black cushion gives a more powdery finish which absorbs excess oil on the skin. You can see the different finish of the two on my skin down below.

COVERAGE TEST

Coverage wise, I think both are amazing. I didn't pat on a lot of layer for the swatches above, it was only a few light taps and it'll be all you need. You might need a little bit more product with the Magic Snow Cushion White to fully cover imperfections on the skin. If coverage is your main concern, then I suggest to go with the Black version.

I even ditched my concealer when I had these on, like it was no longer needed. It brightens my whole complexion, even dark circles, and covers all imperfections. Here's a picture to give you a clearer idea.

I applied Magic Snow Cushion White lightly only on half of my face, nothing else. Here are more selfies with better focus so you can see the flawless and dewy finish it gives. I didn't use any concealer, just a cushion primer beforehand for a smoother skin finish. What do you think?

Reviews for "Witchcraft and the Law: An Examination of Legal Issues with Devon Cole"

1. John - 2 stars
I was really disappointed with "Witchcraft" by Devon Cole. The characters lacked depth and the plot felt incredibly cliché. It seemed like the author was just trying to follow a formula for success instead of truly creating something unique. The pacing was also off, as there were moments that felt rushed and others that dragged on without any real purpose. Overall, I found this book to be quite underwhelming and would not recommend it to others.
2. Emily - 1 star
I honestly couldn't finish "Witchcraft" by Devon Cole. The writing style was incredibly amateurish and the dialogue felt forced and unnatural. The plot felt like a jumbled mess, with no clear direction or purpose. It seemed like the author tried to throw in every supernatural element they could think of without any real thought to how they would tie together. I regret wasting my time on this book and would advise others to stay far away from it.
3. Sarah - 2 stars
I found "Witchcraft" by Devon Cole to be quite predictable and unengaging. The story unfolded in a way that felt very formulaic, and I was constantly able to predict what would happen next. The characters were also forgettable and lacked any real depth or development. Overall, it felt like a book that had potential but fell short in execution. I would not recommend it to those looking for an original or compelling read.
