Not sure if this is a strong competitor to the "canot be stuned" on chayula or amulets with crit mods, since most ES melee characters are in shadow area which usually run crit

cleave is an AoE Skill and doesn't get any range from "melee range", only from "increased area of effect" - same goes for Leap Slam, Infernal Blow and Ground Slam

the only "AE" skill that benefits is Cyclone - not even Melee Splash

As far as I know you can´t get stunned while you are spinning so it´s viable for a CI build.

60% physical is roughly 4 physical nodes now. Is it worth to build around? No. Simply take the nodes and get a good amu.

Yes cleave is an AoE and the increased weapon range would be wasted. But if you are running cleave you are most likely also using double strike, heavy strike, or duel strike. So the stat would be wasted on you main AoE attack but would be used for your single attack.

I'm gonna necro this just a bit to point out that this is 60% increased melee damage, not melee physical damage. Depending on build, you don't get a lot of elemental damage bonuses from passives, on the ranger/duelist/shadow side there's really only 39% you can get to overall, then the smaller ones to individual elements.

Arcing blows is a decent chunk considering most elemental seems to be lightning. That being said, I think anyone using sufficient elemental damage gear for melee might get a decent benefit from this.
