Then in 1995, it was established as The SeaWitch and began its progression into the well-known CB fixture and destination spot it is today. The SeaWitch is located ideally in one of the most tourist trafficked areas of Carolina Beach. Strategically situated beside the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, The SeaWitch is able to attract vacationers and locals for lunch as well as departing from the beaches (or work on the boardwalk!).

- Sarah - 1 star - I had such high hopes for Sea Witch Inn but I was sorely disappointed. The room was tiny and had a stale smell to it. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens were not clean. The bathroom was outdated and had mold in the corners. The worst part was the noise level - I could hear every conversation and door slam in the hallway. I would not recommend this inn to anyone.

The room itself was in desperate need of renovation - the furniture was old and worn out, the carpet was stained, and the curtains were torn. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and kept disconnecting. Overall, I found the experience quite disappointing and would not choose to stay here again.
