I’ve never came across one at retail because they’re so rare and impossible to find at retail at this point. I was happy the original seller left the tag on because it helps authenticate the mug. Sounds like you would be more comfortable buying less rare items

I was really excited to purchase the Rae Dunn witch phrase for Halloween, but I was highly disappointed with the quality. The writing on the phrase was smudged and the paint was already chipping off when I received it. It looked really cheap and poorly made. I expected something of better quality for the price I paid. I will not be purchasing any more products from Rae Dunn in the future.
