3. No used, old or discontinued item will be accepted for credit under any conditions.4. Any items made to "Special Order" or "Special Price" will not be acceptable for credit or exchange.
5. All credits given will exclude freight charges.6. Products being returned must be in original packaging or packed in a way in which the return shipment will not affect the item.
7. All orders must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return with the name of the Sales Rep who you were attended by.

I was extremely disappointed with the Prophy magic handpiece. I found it to be poorly constructed and did not provide an efficient cleaning experience. The handpiece felt flimsy in my hands and did not deliver the power I needed to effectively remove plaque and stains from my patients' teeth. I ended up having to switch back to my old handpiece, which was much more reliable. I would not recommend the Prophy magic handpiece to other dental professionals.
