The Orlando Magic player Nick Anderson is a former basketball player who had a successful career with the team. He was born on January 20, 1968, and grew up in Chicago, Illinois. Anderson played college basketball at the University of Illinois before being selected by the Magic in the first round of the 1989 NBA Draft. Nick Anderson quickly became a fan favorite in Orlando.
