I curse the river of time. It flows relentlessly, carrying with it moments and memories that I desperately try to hold onto. Time slips through my fingers like sand, leaving me with a sense of loss and longing. I curse the river of time for its indifference, for its unwillingness to slow down or wait for me. It moves forward without any regard for my desires or wishes. I am left to watch as days turn into weeks, weeks into months, and months into years.

It is also important to note that you don't necessarily need to take a full shower before or after using a bath bomb. Instead, you may want to consider simply rinsing off quickly in the shower to remove any potential irritants or residue. Ultimately, the choice is yours, and the most important thing is to enjoy your bath time and the benefits of your bath bomb.

Above and beyond magic bath bomb

I am left to watch as days turn into weeks, weeks into months, and months into years. The past becomes a faded image, a distant echo in the depths of my mind. I try to grasp at the memories, to relive them in my mind's eye, but they slip away, like fragments of a dream upon waking.

Out Of This World Bath Bomb from Lush

Up until 2023, Lush’s Father’s Day lines have always been small and (dare I say) the least exciting of all of the seasonal lines released throughout the year. This year Lush have however broken the cycle, the 2023 Father’s Day line is incredible!

The line is still small but with its quirky outer-space theme it has gone down a storm with customers, I don’t think I have ever liked the Father’s Day line so much before.

Today, I’m going to be reviewing the astronaut shaped Out Of This World Bath Bomb.

The Out of This World bath bomb contains green tea powder, olibanum resinoid, popping candy and lime and sweet wild orange oils and shares its scent with the Never Mind the Ballistics bath bomb.

The scent is bold and sweet, the lime oil is the first ingredient my nose recognises, then second is the sharp and juicy orange, it’s a tropical medley that leaves you wanting more.

The Out of This World bath bomb is super-sparkly! It is mainly white with hints of blue and pinky-purple edges. As I said earlier, it’s designed to look like an astronaut, it reminds me a little of Disney’s Buzz Light Year’s ‘to infinity and beyond!’ pose.

Size-wise the Out of This World bath bomb is about the same size as the Rocket Science bath bomb, I’m a little sad that I can’t try them both together as the bath art of both together would be amazing.

As soon as the Out of This World bath bomb touches the water, blue and purple foam begins to spill out of the bath bombs edges. Soon the water takes over the bath bomb, as it bobs around just under the water’s surface, white foam slowly begins to spill out of it too.

If you look carefully you can also see little stars decorate the water surface, although they disappear very quickly.

The bath art photos in this review do the Out of This World bath bomb no justice at all. The bath art was on par with some of the best Lush bath bombs such as Roller, IRL and the Ghostie. I wish I could have got a photo of the mini stars I mentioned above.

The Out of This World bath bomb is quite the slow fizzer taking approximately 10 minutes to fully dissolve, leaving you with plenty of time to sit back and enjoy the bath-art-show that it puts on.

I found the light purple waters left behind by Out of This World incredibly soothing on the skin.

The scent of the Out of This World bath bomb is quite powerful when compared to other bath bombs currently available, the scent of it can still be detected on your skin long after getting out of the bath. My skin still feels incredibly soft throughout the next day too.

I really loved this bath bomb, it has to be one of my most favourite products from all of the Father’s Day releases combined.

It smells great, performs beautifully, and leaves me feeling refreshed and upbeat. I hope Lush bring it back again for next year’s Father’s Day line!

Taking a shower after a bath bomb ensures proper hygiene. It removes any bacteria or dirt that might have accumulated on your skin that a simple bath may not be able to wash away.

**The main idea is the frustration and helplessness that comes from the unstoppable passing of time.** I curse the river of time for its power to wash away the joy and happiness of the present moment, leaving me with a sense of regret and sadness. The river of time carries away opportunities, dreams, and possibilities. It takes with it the chances that I never took, the words left unsaid, and the love left unspoken. I curse the river of time for its ability to age and change us, to rob us of our vitality and youth. It leaves us with wrinkles and gray hairs, reminding us of our mortality. We are faced with the reality that time is limited, that our days are numbered. I curse the river of time for its ability to separate us from the people we love. It takes our loved ones away, either through distance or death. It leaves us with a longing for their presence, a ache in our hearts that never fully heals. We are left with memories and photographs, reminders of the time we once shared. But they are not enough. I curse the river of time for its relentless march forward, for its refusal to stand still. We are left to navigate its currents, to make the most of the time we have. We must learn to cherish the present moment, to make every second count. Though we cannot control the river of time, we can control how we spend it. We can choose to live fully, to make the most of each passing day. We can choose to love deeply, to appreciate the beauty and wonder of the world around us. In the end, perhaps the river of time is not something to be cursed, but to be embraced. It brings with it both pain and joy, loss and love, but it also brings the opportunity for growth and transformation. It reminds us that life is fleeting, and that we must make the most of every precious moment we are given..
