Okay so. I'm kind of a newbie to unity and stuff but never had a problem like this.

I spent my whole afternoon extracting, converting from sfm to blender THEN to unity a Diana Cavendish avatar from Little Witch Academia.

Her rig is a liiiittle funky but it works just fine with mixamo animations so I didn't even worry once.
And now that the time had come to send Diana out there to socialize I get this : https://i.imgur.com/BU35DbL.png

The thing is : they ARE mapped. They work on humanoid animations. They just look a little strange by default (Diana was originally extracted from the PS4 Little Witch Academia game an put into SFM by RyukoTheHedgehog https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1393284327&searchtext=)

I would REALLY love to play as Diana, especially after the afternoon I spent working on her.
Thank you for your time .

Just glancing at it, there's something not mapped correctly. The bone structure doesn't seem to be joined together. See that grey bone with the shoulder joints on it? I think it needs to be. something. It needs to be green. I'd play around with the bone mapping in unity and see if you can fix it by asigning it to something.

It's hard to tell for sure though.
