The Magic Steamers of Tampa Bay are an iconic part of the city's history. These steamboats played a crucial role in Tampa's growth and development during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The Magic Steamers were a fleet of small, shallow-draft steamers that navigated the waters of Tampa Bay and the Hillsborough River. These steamboats transported people, goods, and services between Tampa and the surrounding areas. One of the most well-known Magic Steamers was the Mistletoe. This steamboat was built in 1886 and was the first steel-hulled vessel on the west coast of Florida.
The museum is open Tuesday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. University of Tampa students, faculty and staff can visit for free with UT ID.
The museum transports you through educational exhibits and events to the late Victorian period, the beginning of Florida s tourist industry, and the early years of the city of Tampa. Many people who suffer from allergies or asthma may stray away from traditional carpet cleaning services because of the harm that chemicals can do to their health.

I was extremely disappointed with the Magic Steamers of Tampa Bay. Firstly, their customer service was terrible. When I called to inquire about their services, the person on the other end was rude and seemed disinterested. Secondly, the quality of the steam cleaning was subpar. I had stains on my carpet that they failed to remove, and I could still see dirt and grime even after they claimed to have cleaned it thoroughly. Overall, I would not recommend this company.

I had an average experience with Magic Steamers of Tampa Bay. While they were able to clean my carpets adequately, the price they charged was quite high for the quality of service provided. Additionally, the technicians seemed rushed and did not take the time to properly explain the process or answer my questions. It felt like they were more focused on finishing quickly rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. I would consider trying a different steam cleaning company in the future.

I would not trust or recommend this company for their steam cleaning services.
