The floors were dirty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was a musty smell throughout the unit. The second problem was the lack of amenities. The kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils and cookware, making it difficult to prepare a decent meal. The Wi-Fi signal was also weak and unreliable. Finally, the noise from the nearby construction site was unbearable. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Kona Magic Sands 301.

The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress seemed worn out. The balcony furniture was dirty and outdated as well. Additionally, the noise from the neighboring units was very disruptive; I could hear every conversation and movement. Lastly, the parking situation was inconvenient and limited. I had to park quite a distance away from the property most of the time. I would not choose to stay here again.

First and foremost, the advertised "ocean view" was a stretch, as I could only see a sliver of the ocean from the balcony. The overall cleanliness of the unit was also questionable, with visible dust and dirt on the surfaces. The air conditioning unit was old and barely effective, leaving the apartment uncomfortably warm during my stay. The noise from the neighboring units was constant and bothersome. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was very low and the hot water ran out quickly. This rental did not live up to its expectations and I would not recommend it.
