1. Megan - 2 stars: I was really disappointed with the Fire Magic Auora A790i. The grill itself is not well-made and feels cheap. The heat distribution is also really uneven, resulting in some parts of the food being overcooked while others are undercooked. Additionally, the ignition system is faulty and I had to spend a lot of time trying to get it to light up. Overall, I would not recommend this grill, as there are much better options available.
2. Ryan - 1 star: The Fire Magic Auora A790i was a complete waste of money for me. The build quality is extremely poor, with many parts feeling flimsy and easily breakable. The temperature control is also very inconsistent, making it difficult to achieve the desired results when grilling. On top of that, the customer service from Fire Magic was nonexistent, as I never received any response to my complaints. I regret buying this grill and would advise others to steer clear of it.
