Directions
Take one (1) or more capsules, morning and evening, with a 10 oz. glass of water. If you find yourself not going enough or going too much, then continue to increase or decrease by one capsule until you get the desired number of bowel movements each day. Find what works for your body. Always do the higher amount at night. Make sure to drink plenty of water during the day – at least 9-12 glasses of pure water will help results.

I took this product for about a week and increased dosage as described and unfortunately it did not work for me. I had a very tiny bowel movement the 4th day but became extremely bloated. I did drink a lot of water during the process like 80 ounces a day and it did not help. But I gave it 3 stars because their customer service was excellent and they sent me a free bottle of their 15 day cleanse. Now their 15 day Colon Detox works wonders for me and I am able to have bowel movements like normal. The gentlemen I spoke too indicated it is safe to take the 15 day Colon Detox long term without any side effects and he mentioned to adjust dosages if necessary if my bowels become too loose. So they have great customer service and for that I gave 3 STARS!
