The Marquee Lounge is a 10,000 sqft private club located inside of the Fox Theater. Incorporating a Moorish-Mediterranean feel as well as a very Turkish influence. The club is considered one of the most beautiful lounges in the world. Catering to 400 people, it includes 5 bars two of which are outdoor overlooking Peachtree St. The project took about 2 years from start to finish. The Millwork took about 8 months from start to finish. Before the renovation, the ground level space has always been used for retail—it was a dress shop and a florist in past lives. Most recently, the retail space housed the Churchill Grounds jazz cafe, which closed in 2016 and the renovation began in 2018. Kaddak provided the design for the metal screen pattern on the North and South walls, all laser cut aluminum and powder coated gold. All the woodwork on the lower level is African Mahogany solid wood with a stain-grade finish. The large star in the ceiling has an actual gold leaf covering all edges surrounded by a custom ceiling pattern. Though out the 3 levels is antique glass and other gold accent pieces. John Malone oversaw the project and received "The Andrew Summers Rowan" Award from Garbutt Const

The Synagogue got a new look with book match cherry paneling and patina metal. Along with all-new window enclosures to house their new stained glass.
