I ended up having to use a different brand of detangler that actually worked. I would not recommend this product.

While it did help to some extent in getting rid of some knots in my horse's mane, it didn't do much for the tail. The application process was messy, and the product left a residue that made the hair look dull and feel stiff. It also didn't have a pleasant fragrance. Overall, it was an average detangler at best and not worth the price.
