It allows guests to access the luxurious Cloud 9 Spa, which is a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. With the spa pass, guests can enjoy a range of amenities and facilities designed to enhance their well-being. This includes access to the thermal suite, which offers a variety of heat and water therapies such as saunas, steam rooms, and aroma steam baths. The thermal suite is a serene environment where guests can unwind and soothe their muscles. Additionally, the spa pass grants guests access to the thalassotherapy pool, which is filled with heated seawater.

This policy is effective regardless of whether or not the person who purchased the spa treatment is sailing. For credit card payments, it will take 7-10 business days for the credit to reflect on the credit card account.
No changes can be made within 7 days prior to sailing date (the 'cut-off date'). If you need to make changes after the cut-off date, you must wait until after boarding the ship and see the Spa Manager onboard in the spa. Once onboard, any refunds will be made to the Sail & Sign account of the spa order contact person's Sail & Sign account, not the original form of payment used to secure the Staged order. This applies even in the event that spa treatments were purchased as a gift by someone who is not sailing.
In the event of a cruise booking cancellation, a full refund will automatically be posted to the original form of payment used to pay for the spa treatment order. This is providing that the cancellation is prior to the 'cut-off date'. If the designated contact person on a spa order must cancel from their cruise booking, any remaining guests on the booking who are sailing would like to retain the spa order, a new contact person needs to be assigned. Before I Went To Cloud 9 Spa
This was my second time sailing on Carnival Breeze, and having purchased a Cloud 9 spa pass my first time around, I knew I had to do it again.
Carnival Breeze has one of the best spas in the fleet, as it features multiple thermal suites and the popular thalassotherapy pool. Before my first cruise on Breeze, I was able to tour the ship for a day, and I was immediately seduced by the relaxing aromas and bubbling waters.
Worried that the spa passes might sell out, I pre-purchased the couples spa package online — priced at $220 — for my husband and me to enjoy on our seven-night cruise. (An individual pass is $140 for the week.) When we purchased it the first time we sailed on Breeze, I thought that was a bit pricey.
Now, we have a Norwegian cruise booked for later this year, upon which a spa pass for the week will cost about $220 each. So it’s truly a great deal and a competitive rate.
Guests can also take advantage of the well-equipped fitness center, which features a range of exercise equipment and offers various fitness classes. Guests who purchase the spa pass also receive a complimentary bathrobe and slippers to enhance their spa experience. Additionally, they can enjoy priority access to spa treatments and discounted rates on select services. 1. Sarah - 2/5 - I was really disappointed with the Carnival Magic Spa pass. The facilities were overcrowded and there weren't enough staff members to accommodate everyone. I had to wait for a long time just to use the Jacuzzi and the sauna was way too small for the number of people trying to use it. The treatments were also average at best and definitely not worth the extra money. Overall, I wouldn't recommend purchasing the spa pass on this cruise.

The steam room was broken during my visit and the massages I booked were lackluster. The staff seemed uninterested and the whole experience felt rushed and commercialized. Save your money and skip the spa pass, it's not worth it.
