I just got my product- I had asked for a refund before it was shipped and then on that same day it was finally shipped and I got an email reply saying sorry it s already been shipped. Literally nothing more than a scam. There is no "crystal" in the product, it's glass, basically a big nail file.
They're also just liars. "30 day guarantee" does not include testing the product, they do not refund open products, don't cover return shipping, or even provide a label. It's pretty reprehensible the way they just blatantly lie and post fake-friendly and useless responses to concerns.
They also edit/restrict reviews posted to their site, that's why they're all 5 stars.
