Our Blackmagic Pocket 4K cameras have been updated to Firmware 6.6 which includes 80 FPS in a 2.8K raw for 4:3 anamorphic and up to 75 FPS in a 4K raw in 2.4:1 widescreen. A 2x de-squeeze preview is now available for 4:3 recording as well as 1.33x de-squeeze. Slow-motion rates up to 120 FPS are available in 2.6K raw for Super16 lenses and in cropped Full HD. The new, wider Four Thirds sensor features 13 stops of dynamic range, Dual Native ISO, and can shoot uncompressed 12-bit Cinema DNG Raw over USB-C to an external drive or to one of two high-speed card slots (CFast 2.0 and UHS-II SD). All this without sacrificing an active, electronically-controlled Micro Four Thirds mount, allowing for a wide range of portable lens options. Sitting between the Film and Video modes is a new Extended Video Mode that preserves highlights and shadows while taking advantage of Blackmagic's color science for ready-to-use footage that needs little-to-no grading.
