Terry Commons started his magic show in 1990 as a haunted mansion magic performance meant to take place solely during the Halloween season, but due to the success of the project, he launched the first Mystique Dining experience in Pocatello, Idaho, in 1997. Commons, who is trained as a magician, eventually launched outposts in Boise, Salt Lake City, and Folsom, CA. Last year, Commons opened a branch of Mystique Dining in the former Masala Street space at 915 Pearl Street in the heart of La Jolla Village. Mystique Dining's downtown San Diego location is under the more casual sister concept brand dubbed The Prestige Magic Lounge & Showroom, which is opened this past weekend in the space that last housed Illusions Theatre and Bar in the Gaslamp Quarter.
At Prestige, expect a Victorian-style decor where guests will enjoy a three-course dinner served via maid and butler before participating in an evening of magic by a world-class magician. 1. Sarah - 2 out of 5 stars - I was really excited to try the Witchcraft pore vanishing stick because I have large pores that I'm always trying to minimize. However, I was highly disappointed with the results. The stick was difficult to apply evenly and left a weird white cast on my skin. It did nothing to minimize the appearance of my pores and actually made my skin look even more textured. I would not recommend this product for anyone looking to reduce the appearance of pores.
2. Mark - 1 out of 5 stars - I have sensitive skin and unfortunately, the Witchcraft pore vanishing stick did not work well for me at all. It caused my skin to break out and gave me a burning sensation upon application. I tried using it a few times, hoping that maybe my skin would adjust to it, but it only got worse. I had to discontinue use and switch back to my original skincare routine. This product was a waste of money and I do not recommend it for those with sensitive skin.

I have oily skin and was hoping it would help control shine and minimize the appearance of my pores. However, it did neither. After applying the stick, my skin felt greasy and the pores were still visibly noticeable. I even tried using it with different foundation and powder combinations, but nothing seemed to work. I would not repurchase this product.
