Sarah - 2/5 stars - I was really disappointed with the twelfth installment of the Magic Tree House books. The plot was predictable and uninspiring. I felt like I was reading the same story over again, just with different characters. There was no character development or depth, and I found it hard to connect with any of the characters. Overall, I was left feeling bored and uninterested in the story.
Mark - 1/5 stars - I couldn't stand the twelfth installment of the Magic Tree House books. The writing was juvenile and lacked any sort of complexity. The dialogue felt forced and unnatural, and the story felt like it was dragging on forever. I was constantly checking how many pages were left, just hoping it would end soon. I would not recommend this book to anyone, especially not if you're looking for an engaging and well-written story.
Emily - 2/5 stars - I was really let down by the twelfth installment of the Magic Tree House books. The storyline felt rushed and poorly developed. The events seemed random and disconnected, and it was hard to follow along. The writing style was also lackluster, with no moments that stood out as engaging or memorable. Overall, I found this book to be a disappointment and not up to the usual standards of the series.
Ryan - 3/5 stars - While the twelfth installment of the Magic Tree House books had its moments, I ultimately didn't enjoy it as much as the previous ones. The plot felt formulaic and predictable, lacking any surprises or twists. The characters were also not as likeable or relatable as in the earlier books. However, the book did have some redeeming qualities with its imaginative settings and educational aspects. It just didn't live up to my expectations based on the previous books in the series.
