Sarah’s Doo-Wop Dos witch hats are made of an acrylic/wool blend felt. The hat base is machine sewn in quality, lightweight felt and then trimmed by hand with velvet ribbon it also has a thin piece of elastic to help it stay in place. As designs are handmade each one will differ slightly.
