1. John Doe - 1/5 stars - I was really disappointed with "Smile Magic of El Paso." The overall service was mediocre at best, and the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. The waiting time was incredibly long, and once I finally got to see the dentist, I felt rushed through the appointment. The quality of the dental work itself was questionable, and I ended up having to go to another dentist to fix the issues. I would not recommend Smile Magic of El Paso to anyone looking for a reliable and professional dental experience.
2. Sarah Smith - 2/5 stars - My experience at Smile Magic of El Paso was far from satisfactory. The staff was unfriendly and seemed more interested in socializing with each other than providing proper care to the patients. The waiting area was cramped and uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic. The dental work I received was subpar, and I had to return multiple times to fix mistakes that should not have occurred in the first place. I would not choose Smile Magic of El Paso again for my dental needs.
3. Tom Johnson - 1/5 stars - I had an awful experience at Smile Magic of El Paso. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the waiting time was excruciatingly long. The dental work I received was sloppy and rushed, leading to further complications. The cost of the treatment was also outrageous, and there were hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront.
