Where do I buy tickets?Tickets are available here. A limited amount of standby tickets will also be available for purchase at the door (subject to availability).
How much are tickets?Standard tickets start at just $37.50 for guests ages 10 and up, and passes for children ages 3-9 start at $29.50 plus taxes and fees. Price may fluctuate around in-demand or "peak" times and dates.
Is there a ticket purchase limit?No, but orders are limited to maximum amount of people who can visit the experience in a given time slot. For groups larger than 25, please email [email protected] for assistance.
Can I refund or exchange my ticket? Are tickets transferable?Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you or a member of your party is not feeling well, tickets can be adjusted to a new date and time (subject to availability) if changed prior to the date and time of the tickets. Are tickets available at the door?Limited standby tickets are available at the door (subject to availability). Guests with pre-purchased tickets have priority, so we recommend buying tickets online in advance. Do I need to print my ticket?We can scan your ticket directly from your mobile device, so please save the paper and ink and don't print your ticket unless you have to.
