How to clean and maintain your Scodhe magic mount for long-lasting use

By admin

Scosche magic mount is a popular gadget used to securely mount smartphones and other devices in cars. The device utilizes magnetic technology, making it easy to attach and remove the phone from the mount. To effectively use the Scosche magic mount, the following instructions should be followed: 1. Clean the surface: Before installing the mount, ensure that the desired surface is clean and free from dirt, dust, and oil. This will create a stronger bond between the mount and the surface. 2.

2. Peel the adhesive: The Scosche magic mount comes with a peel-off adhesive backing. Remove the backing to expose the adhesive surface.

Destiny 2 likely revealing more on The Witch Queen expansion in August

Summer sure is going fast, as it's apparently Bungie Day already. For those of you looking forward to their next expansion for Destiny 2, perhaps it'll go even faster. Bungie have coyly set a date to talk about upcoming Destiny 2 plans in August. It's not completely clear from the teaser image up there, but folks seem plenty convinced that this is a reveal for The Witch Queen expansion coming in early 2022.

"We hope you can join us on August 24 for some exciting news about the future of Destiny," Bungie say in a news post today. "These are our favorite times, and we look forward to sharing more with you, but for now. no spoilers."

No spoilers indeed, because there's not much to know about The Witch Queen just yet. Back in February, Bungie announced that they'd be delaying the expansion from this year until early next year. Here's what they had to say about The Witch Queen and its place in upcoming Destiny 2 stories at the time:

"The Witch Queen represents an important evolution in the ongoing story of Destiny 2. Beyond Light built the foundation and allowed us to weave the world-building of Destiny and Destiny 2 together, but The Witch Queen will light the fire on a strongly interconnected narrative across Lightfall and beyond, unlike anything we’ve ever attempted before, with characters, arcs, heroes and villains that persist over multiple future releases. Even more importantly, the conclusion of these releases will also conclude the “Light and Darkness Saga,” the conflict we first introduced with the launch of Destiny many years ago."

Interestingly, the symbol up top there isn't actually the one that belongs to Savathûn the Witch Queen, to my eye. Who's to say a god can't rebrand though, eh? It could well just be the expansion logo though. We'll see!

Witch Queen or otherwise, Bungie will be sharing more on August 24th, though they've not yet announced a time for the showcase.

Bungie also use their fanniversary post to go over some charity foundation details, a merch sale (not on the toaster, sorry), and give a reminder that Destiny 2's mid-season update launched yesterday along with the Solstice of Heroes event.

Scodhe magic mount instructions

3. Position the mount: Determine the ideal position for the mount in your car. It is recommended to place it in a location that is easily visible and accessible to the driver without obstructing the view of the road. Common locations include the dashboard, windshield, or air vents. 4. Attach the mount: Press the exposed adhesive surface firmly against the chosen location. Apply pressure for a few seconds to ensure a secure bond between the mount and the surface. 5. Attach the metal plate to the device: The Scosche magic mount requires a metal plate to attach to the device being mounted. There are two options: a rectangular plate or a circular plate with an adhesive back. Choose the appropriate plate and attach it to the back of the phone or its case. 6. Mount the device: Once the metal plate is securely attached to the device, simply place it near the mount. The magnetic force will automatically attract and hold the device in place. Adjust the phone's position as desired for optimal viewing angles. 7. Adjustments and removal: The Scosche magic mount offers 360-degree rotation, allowing the device to be positioned in horizontal or vertical orientation. To remove the phone from the mount, simply pull it away with a gentle force. The magnetic attraction will easily release the phone. It is important to note that the Scosche magic mount may not be compatible with devices that have wireless charging capabilities. For such devices, alternate mounting options may be required. Overall, the Scosche magic mount provides a simple and convenient solution for safely mounting devices in cars. Following these instructions will ensure a secure and hassle-free mounting experience..

Reviews for "Scodhe magic mount installation: beginner's guide to a hands-free driving experience"

- Sarah - 2 out of 5 stars - I was really disappointed with the Scosche magic mount instructions. They were incredibly unclear and difficult to follow. I ended up having to watch YouTube videos and rely on trial and error to figure out how to properly install it in my car. Even then, it didn't work very well and my phone kept falling off while I was driving. I would not recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a reliable and easy-to-use phone mount.
- Mark - 1 out of 5 stars - The Scosche magic mount instructions were a complete waste of time. They were poorly written and did not provide enough detail for someone who has never installed a phone mount before. I spent hours trying to figure it out, and in the end, I just gave up and returned the product. Save yourself the frustration and look for a different brand with better instructions.
- Jessica - 2 out of 5 stars - I found the Scosche magic mount instructions to be confusing and hard to follow. The illustrations were not helpful and the steps were not clearly explained. It took me much longer than it should have to install the mount in my car, and even then, I wasn't confident that it was properly secured. I ended up returning the product and buying a different brand with clearer instructions.
- Michael - 3 out of 5 stars - While the Scosche magic mount instructions weren't the worst I've seen, they definitely left something to be desired. They were a bit vague and didn't provide enough detail for someone like me who isn't very handy. It took me a couple of tries to get it installed correctly, but once I did, it worked decently. Overall, I think the product is okay, but the instructions could definitely use some improvement.
