We know you will treat your bkrs with care, but sometimes things happen. If your bkr bottle or cup breaks within the first 30 days of purchase email [email protected]: 1) a photo of your broken bkr, 2) the original receipt from mybkr.com, and 3) details regarding how it broke. Please safely save your sleeve and any part that survived, we'll replace the part that broke. Limited to one bkr per customer. Alteration, misuse or abuse voids this policy.
