Please, if you are going to do the #ServiceNow delta exams. Do your homework, read the release notes, watch some webinars what is new and so. Then you will pass the exams. DO NOT ask me for dumps, screenshots etc. There are a reason why there is an exam is that is for your own benefits. So you can LEARN what is new in the Madrid release and then use that knowledge when you are working with a Madrid release or newer. And you will have 4 (I think or is it 5 in total) tries of it with the same questions. And it's like 10 questions.

The release notes will get you through fine, for everything but the subscription questions. The subscription questions are covered in the subscription management video (around 27 minutes), which ServiceNow sent out an email about. With a link. It's in Saba I believe.

Exactly! If you think it is just about checking it off the list and showing the certificate, you are missing the point. Don’t diminish the value of my certification. I will not diminish the value of yours.
