I had a terrible experience at Magic Nails in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The staff was extremely rude and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. I made an appointment for a manicure, but when I arrived, they made me wait for over an hour before starting. The technician rushed through the service and didn't even bother to shape my nails properly. The polish started chipping within a day, and when I called to express my dissatisfaction, they were dismissive and unapologetic. I will never go back to Magic Nails again.
