The woes of an enchanter

So for about 2 or 3 weeks of having enchanting above level 40, I've been noticing a few disheartening things.

• Breaking down glyphs really is only good for getting xp, you only get one rune and its rarely a potency rune, compared to other crafting skills where you get multiple items.
• Potency runes are more rare than the purple/gold aspect rune.
• I feel like if you have 3 points in the extraction skill for getting aspect runes, if does not allow you to extract potency runes above VR3+ glyphs. Not sure if somethinig got broke recently, but breaking down easily over 100 VR3+ glyphs and not getting one potency and noticing that sometimes i wouldnt get a rune at all, makes me wonder if there is a bug that isnt netting potency runes VR3+.(edit- Tested this and respecced, still not gettin potency runes after breaking down 20 glyphs, about every 5th one i would get a crafted x0 , guessing that should be the potency rune)
• For other crafting skills when i need mats I know exactly what zone to goto to get the raw materials. However last night i spent an hour collecting nodes in the VR10 zone only to come across 15x essence runes, 13x aspect runes and 6 potency runes. not one of the potency runes was a top tier rune (lvl 9), i got potency 7's and 8's.
• Other players wana sell Kuta's for 2k+ and expect to buy gold runes for about the same price.
• Cant make monumental glyphs.
• Armor glyphs can only be made as HP,MP and SP.
• Prior to reaching 40 (tier 9) i would always get potency level 9 runes in hirelings bags, after i hit 40, its been a constant stream of potency level 7's and 8's in my hireling bags.

TLDR: Enchanting needs to be reviewed and tweaked, harvesting nodes need to be more consistent with level to zone (like other craft skills) and same goes for hireling bags.
