In a small village, nestled among the hills, there was an old graveyard. It lay abandoned and forgotten for many years. The once beautiful tombstones were now covered in moss and ivy, barely visible under the thick foliage that surrounded the area. The graves were silent, their tales of life and death lost to time. But one day, a witch arrived in the village. She was known for her peculiar ways and mysterious powers.
Gypsy Witch Fortune Telling Cards are based on the divination system attributed to Mlle Lenormand, the celebrated 18th century French mystic and fortuneteller. Mlle Lenormand’s prophetic powers were known throughout Europe. She predicted the rise and fall of Napoleon with astounding accuracy.
Gypsy Witch Fortune Telling Cards are based on the divination system attributed to Mlle Lenormand, the celebrated 18th century French mystic and fortuneteller. My granma who use to read them would do a cross where the Sweetheart would be placed in the center as the femala querent and than it would go like 4 3 1 5 2.
She was known for her peculiar ways and mysterious powers. As the villagers whispered about her, she paid no heed to their curious gazes. Instead, she ventured into the graveyard, sensing something that others could not.
Gypsy Cards
I recently order Gypsy Witch Fortune Telling Cards and on the Cards with the divinatory description it says "If this card is near. " and/or "When this card is far/distant. " what does that mean? Anyone who can help, that would be appreciate greatly! Thank yah!

I had a look at these cards. I don´t have them but I believe the reading could be done the same way it´s done with the Lenormand oracles. You may even rely on the definitions written in the corner but if I were you, I would follow my intuition and see what the image brings you as a message. For instance, wine may be used for celebration but it can also imply alcoholism. It really all depends on the reading. as for proximity, it encourages you to put two cards together, or three. For example, if you draw a pig and a house, it may mean that you will have luck with a new house you´re buying. If you draw a key and a house, it may mean
good - a deal will be clenched and you´ll get the estate you´re looking for
bad- your house will be burglared
Also, pay attention to the direction the animals or people are looking in the cards. If the lady is looking at the man´s back, she´s loves him but he doesn´t love her back.Again, it really depends on what you feel at the time of the reading.
I hope this helps a bit.

I used those cards when I was in college (the first time ) to read for other people. They're fun cards. The near or far bit refers literally to proximity. If the cards are touching then those are considered 'near', 'far' cards would be three or more cards away from each other. If the card in question doesn't fall into the position stated then that fortune is not used.

PsychicWitch, it's an amzing oracle, you'll love it
As guys said, they should be read quite intuitively, there is very few information on them available in English, though there are sightts in Hungarian if you can stand the automatic translations.
My granma who use to read them would do a cross
where the Sweetheart would be placed in the center as the femala querent and than it would go like
4
3 1 5
2
where the 2 she would read es "something you threw at your feet", ie. something that is not important/ something that you should't be concerned with;
3&5 are surrounding, as Ana Luisa says it's important where the figures look, if the figure on the card 3 faces the "Sweetheart" it's the surrondings and if it's "turned away" from her - than it's something that belongs to the recent past.
I found AT buy looking for the ways to read this cards and people hear helped me a lot with their insights, for example, somebody wrote me that the"Visit" always means to them a lot of female, yin, receptive energy. and if you look at the card it does make sense; the baby being new begginings, the house - big projects, the Priest - your Highr self.
I am sure you'll enjoy your new oracle a lot; please keep us informed on how you progress.
Btw, if there is enough people interested to make a study group, i'd definitely join.
Love,
mdr

With her ancient knowledge of magic, the witch began to tend to the neglected graves. She removed the overgrowth and restored the tombstones to their former glory. She placed colorful flowers on each grave, symbolizing the life that once resided within. The graveyard slowly awakened from its long slumber, bursting with new energy and beauty. As the witch continued her work, strange things started happening. Flowers bloomed all year round, and the air seemed to be filled with a gentle, calming energy. People started visiting the graveyard, not out of fear or obligation, but out of a sense of peace and reverence. The witch's presence breathed life into the forgotten graves. The souls resting there felt her nurturing touch, and they began to communicate with the living world. The once empty graveyard was now a place of connection between the living and the deceased, a bridge between two realms. Word of the witch's graveyard spread throughout the region, attracting curious visitors from far and wide. They came to witness the magic that had transformed the lifeless cemetery into a sanctuary of peace and remembrance. The witch welcomed them all, guiding them through the tombstones and sharing stories of the souls that now resided in her care. Years passed, and the witch grew old. She knew her time in the village was coming to an end. But before she left, she imparted her wisdom to a young apprentice, ensuring that the graveyard would be looked after even in her absence. The villagers, once skeptical and fearful, now regarded the graveyard with gratitude and reverence. It had become a symbol of hope and eternal connection. The witch's legacy lived on, as the villagers took up the responsibility of nurturing the graveyard, ensuring that the souls resting there would never be forgotten. **From a graveyard nurtured by a witch emerged a place of eternal connection, where the living found peace and the deceased found remembrance. The witch's magic breathed life into the forgotten tombstones, transforming the abandoned cemetery into a sanctuary of hope and reverence.**.

4. Michael - 3 stars - "From a graveyard nurtured by a witch" had a lot of potential, but it failed to live up to my expectations. While the setting was interesting and the initial setup was promising, the story quickly became predictable and lacked originality. The characters felt cliché and their motivations were unclear. The writing style was adequate, but it lacked the polish and finesse that I look for in a book. It was an average read, but nothing more.
