It’s also voided if you use non-authorized parts or attempt to open the motor yourself. For non-machine items, please contact our team as we handle this on a case-by-case basis. If your machine has issues within one year from the date of purchase, send the tattoo machine along with your receipt following the instructions here: REPAIRS and we will fix or replace it as our technicians determine. The Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original owner. Bishop Tattoo Supply reserves the right to make exceptions on an individual basis.

Most orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days – machines may take up to 14 business days to ship. Our warehouse closes at 5pm Central Standard time – orders are picked by 1pm CST, so please plan accordingly. The warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays – orders placed on Friday after 1pm CST will ship on Monday. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships. International customers may be charged import taxes and duties – these are set by the local government and are the responsibility of the receiver to pay – they are not included in the shipping charge or purchase price.
