Some time has elapsed since I ordered in 2017 but I want to say I was very happy with my magic personalized 11 oz cups! I am referring my daughter because I loved everything about the cups!

It took about a month to ship but the mug was very well made and the black tint on the outside got darker when you used it originally. 10/10 would definitely buy for more gifts.

I received the mugs and they work well. I had good support in guiding me through the ordering process. I ordered glossy mugs but the mugs don’t seem glossy. I'm wondering if these were the glossy mugs shown on the website.

I ordered a sample mug to be sure that the quality would be as good as a local shop that would have cost many times as much. I just received the mug and the image and colours are perfect. At first it showed some specks of black on the mug when it changed from black to my artwork, but after heating it a second time I haven't had an issue with spots since. I think it just needed to be fulled heated the first time. I can't wait to place my larger order and surprise my colleagues with these mugs!

It was actually really cool seeing the pictures show up after it gets warm or hot. I am unsure about what a “good” quality for a item like this is but I think it was good.

I will come again to order your cups in bulk! I am satsified but I had 3 cups out of 30 that got broken in the shipment. Could you please get back to me about crediting my account with the ones I lost? I couldn't who I should send this information to. Outside of 3 broken cups I am very happy! They came within 2 weeks! I would suggest perhaps the cups packaged at the top of the box have more plastic wrap inside their boxes, they will not break then. The shipping box looked like it had travelled and weathered the wear and tear from China to Canada! Yay cups are fantastic! I will be back!

The imprint color is the color that will be used to print your artwork/design.
If more than one color is used in your artwork, choose the two color or three color .
For full color prints, you may select the "Full Color" production method when available.
We can also alter your own logos to simplify the number of colors in a print, or print in one color.

What if I need to make changes after I order?
