A dentist is a person qualified by a doctorate in dental surgery (D.D.S.) or dental medicine (D.M.D.), licensed by the state to practice dentistry, and practicing within the scope of that license. There is no difference between the two degrees: dentists who have a DMD or DDS have the same education. Universities have the prerogative to determine what degree is awarded. Both degrees use the same curriculum requirements set by the American Dental Association's Commission on Dental Accreditation. Generally, three or more years of undergraduate education plus four years of dental school is required to graduate and become a general dentist. State licensing boards accept either degree as equivalent, and both degrees allow licensed individuals to practice the same scope of general dentistry. Additional post-graduate training is required to become a dental specialist.

A general dentist is the primary dental care provider for patients of all ages. The general dentist is responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, management and overall coordination of services related to patients' oral health needs.

The NPI will be used by HIPAA-covered entities (e.g., health plans, health care clearinghouses, and certain health care providers) to identify health care providers in HIPAA standard transactions. A covered health care provider, under HIPAA, is any health care provider who transmits health information in electronic form in connection with a transaction for which the Secretary of Health and Human Services has adopted a standard, even if the health care provider uses a business associate to do so.

1) Jessica - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the Wonderwand intensely volumising mascara black magic. First of all, the formula seemed really clumpy and difficult to apply smoothly. It made my lashes stick together in clumps and didn't give me the volumizing effect I was hoping for. Additionally, the wand itself was quite bulky and awkward to use, making it hard to reach the corners of my lashes and causing smudges on my eyelids. Overall, I found this mascara to be a letdown and will not be repurchasing.
2) David - 1 star - I had high hopes for the Wonderwand intensely volumising mascara, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The formula was incredibly wet and took forever to dry, which resulted in smudging and smearing throughout the day. Not only that, but it also flaked off easily, leaving me with little black specks under my eyes. The wand was also quite large and difficult to maneuver, making it hard to coat each lash evenly.
