1. John - 2 stars: I was really disappointed with "Witch Finder Amaterasu". The plot felt disjointed and hard to follow, with random events happening without any clear explanation. The writing style also didn't work for me, as it was filled with unnecessary descriptions and strange metaphors that didn't add anything to the story. Overall, I struggled to connect with the characters or feel any sense of immersion in the world. Unfortunately, this book just wasn't for me.
2. Sarah - 3 stars: While "Witch Finder Amaterasu" had an interesting premise, I found the execution lacking. The pacing was off, with slow sections that dragged on and made it difficult to stay engaged. The character development also fell flat, with the protagonists feeling one-dimensional and lacking depth. Additionally, I felt that certain plot points were forced, with events happening too conveniently without proper build-up or explanation. Overall, I believe there is potential in the story, but it needs significant improvements to be truly enjoyable.
