The Worst Witch is an online program based on the popular children's book series of the same name by Jill Murphy. The program follows the adventures of Mildred Hubble, a young witch attending Miss Cackle's Academy for Witches. However, despite the popularity of the book series, the online program fails to capture the magic and charm of the original stories. One of the biggest issues with The Worst Witch online program is the poor animation quality. The characters appear stiff and lifeless, lacking the dynamic movements and expressions found in the books. The conference will take place on July 19-20, 2024 in Da Nang City and Hoi An City which are beautiful beach cities and are the most livable city in Vietnam.

In the books, Mildred is a relatable and endearing character who struggles with her magical abilities but always manages to save the day in the end.

CITA (Conference on Information Technology and its Applications) is an annual scientific conference on information technology and its applications in all fields. The main objective of the conference is to create a forum to gather and connect Vietnamese and international researchers, scientists and specialists to participate in the fields of information technology and its applications.
The 13 th CITA, 2024, will be hosted by the Vietnam - Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), a member of University of Danang, with the supports of other researching and training institutions belonging to ASEAN Consortium for Innovation and Research (ACIR) as well as Vietnam ICT Association of Faculties-Institutes-School-Universities (FISU Vietnam). The conference will take place on July 19-20, 2024 in Da Nang City and Hoi An City which are beautiful beach cities and are the most livable city in Vietnam.
Papers for the CITA 2024 should be written in English and will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in one of the following proceedings:
- Volume 1: Lecture Notes in Network and Systems (LNNS) series (Springer) indexed in, among others, DBLP, Scopus, Web of Science. The fee for a paper accepted to publish in volume of LNNS is only $200. For Vietnamese students, who are the first authors, fee is only $100.
- Volume 2: CITA 2024 Proceedings (with ISBN) with the fee is only $100.
* CITA 2024 will also have an Online session (with conference fee $100) exclusively for authors, delegates who are outside of Vietnam and could not attend the conference in person.
As the post-conference publication, a number of accepted papers will be selected for publication in special issues of the following journals:

When posting, the authors need to agree to the following terms:
1. Submissions must be original papers, never be posted/published before;
2. Use the template specified by the conference, do not change the font style, format, header/footer; no page numbering;
