According to the legend, the candy witch visits houses on Halloween night and instead of giving out candy like regular trick-or-treaters, she takes it. Children who want to please the candy witch must leave a bowl of candy outside their door. If they don't have any candy, they can leave a note asking for forgiveness and promising to do better next time. In return, the candy witch leaves small trinkets or toys for the children.
Charlotte reappears in The Rebellion Story though with a slightly new appearance and the name 'Bebe'. She lives with Mami and joins the girls in their battles.
