We re lucky enough to taste the spring menu at Terra and we re more than happy to share our experience which consisted of many courses and just as many pleasures. Thanks to the impression of Gisela Schneider, sister of the chef, sommelier, but above all the real soul of the Mansion, of which she has personally chosen most of the furniture, the ones that merge more with the beauty of the surrounding nature and that they relocate to strong values of family tradition, because Auener Hof Dining Home is nothing more than the result of extensive renovations of the original hotel of Heinrich and Gisela s parents.
