Several City buildings offering municipal services are open to the public by appointment only, including: City Hall, the Municipal Service Center, DPW&P (East Worcester St. & Skyline Drive), Worcester Police Department, Inspectional Services/Worcester Fire Department. All locations will open with limited capacity, restricted hours and stringent safety protocols.
City Hall: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. (9 - 10 a.m. restricted to senior citizens and those with compromised immune systems/vulnerabilities)

Entry will not be permitted without a mask (masks will be available for those who do not have one). All visitors will be required to sign in upon entry and their information will be recorded for the purposes of contact tracing.
