1) John - 1/5 stars - I was really disappointed with the Pathfinder 2e occult spells. I found them to be overly complicated and confusing. The rules for casting these spells were convoluted and hard to understand, making it difficult for me to enjoy playing as an occult spellcaster. Additionally, I felt that the occult spells were not balanced properly, with some spells being significantly more powerful than others. Overall, I did not have a positive experience with the occult spells in Pathfinder 2e and would not recommend them to others.
2) Sarah - 2/5 stars - While I appreciate the addition of occult spells in Pathfinder 2e, I found them to be lacking in variety and creativity. Many of the spells felt like rehashes of existing spells from other classes, with only minor differences to fit the occult theme. I was hoping for more unique and innovative spells that would truly set the occult spellcasters apart from the other classes. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and I was left feeling underwhelmed by the occult spell options available.

They often required a lot of resources and preparation to cast, but the payoff was not worth it. I felt like my character was much weaker compared to other spellcasting classes, and it was frustrating to see my spells being less effective in combat. Overall, I was disappointed with the occult spell options and would have preferred more balanced and impactful spells to choose from.
4) Emily - 1/5 stars - I really struggled with the occult spells in Pathfinder 2e. The mechanics and rules for casting these spells were overly complex and difficult to remember. It felt like a chore to keep track of all the different components and factors that went into casting an occult spell, and it took away from the enjoyment of playing a spellcaster. I would have preferred a more streamlined and intuitive system for casting occult spells, as it would have made the gameplay experience much smoother and more enjoyable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the occult spells in Pathfinder 2e based on my experience.
