About Megan
1. I’m a millennial middle child (3rd of 4 kids!) from the Bay Area in Northern California and currently reside in Orange County, CA.
2. I believe in kindred spirits and having a spirit animal. I believe in miracles, big and small. I believe the universe gives us signs that connect us to something greater than ourselves.

4. I solo traveled to Amsterdam. Had the time of my life. It is now my favorite city in the world, and I can’t wait to go back.
5. I’m a Marketing Manager for a company I’ve been with for over 10 years. I’ve taken every opportunity I could to learn and take on new roles. I continue to do this as it rounds out my experience and knowledge nicely.
6. I attended Burning Man in 2019. It was an incredible and spiritual experience, and I hope to return to the Playa in the future.
7. I love words like: magical, fabulous, glorious, fantastic. And I like short and sweet sentences.
8. My writing is mostly a stream of consciousness. A topic will come to me because it’s important and timely for me to share, and I just write it all down. No planning and very little editing. It comes from the heart and naturally flows out. I’ve found that writing in this way is easier for me to express my true emotions as opposed to speaking — that is much harder for me to articulate through speech. The reader gets to join my stream of emotions as they come to me.
Disney Adult Throws Temper Tantrum Over Mickey Pumpkin
Disney adults (i.e. adult Disney fans who do not have any children, and therefore travel to Disney Parks or Disney Resorts alone or with childless adult friends) have gotten a bad rap from many other Disney fans in recent years. Now, one particularly passionate Disney adult named Megan has taken to TikTok to share an issue that has apparently caused her great distress: autumnal Mickey merchandise.
Megan the Magical Millennial (@themagicalmillennial_) is a Disney adult with over 129,000 followers on TikTok. In Megan’s TikTok profile, she says that she is “sharing the Disney magic” — but apparently, Megan has a big bone to pick with Disney that might take away from her own magical Disney experiences!
The Mickey Pumpkin on Main Street at Disneyland Resort is considered to be a fall and autumn staple for fall-loving Disneyland Guests.
Megan, the aforementioned TikToker and social media influencer, was apparently waiting with bated breath for news about a very specific autumnal Disney product: “a giant Mickey pumpkin.” The large Mickey pumpkin that usually adorns Main Street in Disneyland is a recognizable fall decoration at Disneyland Resort, but the pumpkin replica that is now available for purchase has just been released — and, unfortunately for Megan the Magical Millennial, this week is the one week that will not allow her to visit Disneyland due to other commitments.
“Cue the full Disney adult tantrum,” Megan wrote on TikTok in her angry video’s caption. “It’s a giant Mickey pumpkin. Like the one on Main Street,” Megan huffed in the video, adding that she has “lost sleep over this” because she wanted the giant replica of the Disneyland Main Street Mickey pumpkin so badly.
Apparently, Megan and other Disney fans have been eagerly waiting for Disneyland’s 2022 Halloween merchandise “for weeks.”
Walt Disney World Resort has already begun decorating for the autumn season (even as summer storms continue to hit Disney’s Florida theme parks), mainly due to the return of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party — and clearly, Disneyland is beginning the transition to fall as well (even if TikToker and Disney Adult Megan is missing out on the fun)!

1. Alice - 2 stars - I found "Megan the magical millennial" to be quite underwhelming. The protagonist, Megan, was portrayed as a modern-day magician with immense powers, but her character development was weak. I couldn't connect with her or understand her motivations throughout the story. Additionally, the plot lacked depth and it felt like a series of random magical events strung together. Overall, I was disappointed with this book as it failed to captivate me.
2. Jack - 1 star - "Megan the magical millennial" was a complete letdown for me. The writing style was simplistic and lacked finesse, making it difficult to immerse myself in the story. Moreover, the world-building was insufficient, leaving many unanswered questions about the magical realm in which Megan lived. The supporting characters also felt underdeveloped and lacked any distinguishable traits. I was hoping for an enchanting and engaging read, but unfortunately, this book fell short in every aspect.
3. Sarah - 2 stars - I struggled to enjoy "Megan the magical millennial" as the plot was predictable and lacked originality. The story followed the typical tropes of a magical coming-of-age tale without offering any fresh perspective. The pacing was also inconsistent, with slow moments dragging on for too long while exciting moments were rushed through.
