The walls were paper thin, which meant I could hear every noise from my neighbors. The parking situation was also a nightmare, with limited spots available and no assigned parking for residents. Overall, I would not recommend living in this apartment complex.

I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with Magic Hills Apartments. The apartment I was given was not in good condition when I moved in. There were stains on the carpet, the appliances were outdated, and the bathroom had mold. Despite numerous complaints to the management, they did not take proper action to address these issues. Additionally, the rent was exorbitant for the poor quality of the apartment. I regret ever choosing this apartment complex as my residence.
