They claim to be able to stick to any surface, but I found that they kept falling off after just a short period of use. I ended up having to use a different brand of mounting tabs that worked much better. I would not recommend these to anyone.

I ended up having to use nails to hang my decorations, which defeated the purpose of buying these in the first place. Don't waste your money on these unreliable mounting tabs.
