I was really disappointed with the Magic Mill food dehydrator gadget. Firstly, it did not dry the food evenly. Some pieces were still moist while others were completely over-dried. Secondly, the trays were not easy to clean as claimed. Food would often stick to the mesh and it was a hassle to clean it off properly. Overall, I found the performance of this dehydrator to be below par and would not recommend it to others.
