The "Magic Encyclopedia Moonlight" is a fascinating collection of magical knowledge and teachings pertaining to the moon. This enchanting book delves into the mystical properties and powers associated with the moon, exploring its influence on various forms of magic. One of the key subjects discussed in the "Magic Encyclopedia Moonlight" is the lunar cycle and its significance in spellcasting. The book explores how different phases of the moon can enhance or diminish the effectiveness of spells and rituals, providing guidance on the best times to perform specific types of magic. Furthermore, the "Magic Encyclopedia Moonlight" delves into the different aspects of moon magic, including lunar deities and their roles in various mythologies. These is an inconsistency between the tables for scrolls and magic items. The scrolls have their own table that doesn’t match up with the magic item crafting table. For example crafting a first level scroll normally according to the magic item crafting table takes 20 hours and 25 gp while scribing a 1st level scroll by the scroll scribing table takes one day (8 hours) and 25 gp. If I were you I would ignore the magic item crafting table when it came to scrolls. It does however apply to all potions except health potions.

XGE Crafting times and prices with magic item adept.
The artificer is great with magic items and at level ten gets magic item adept. As well as allowing attunement with 4 magic items instead of 3, it also allows the artificer to craft common and uncommon magic items at half the price and a quarter of the time. This includes potions and spell scrolls. However making these calculations at the table can be annoying so I have done the work for you and edited the crafting tables for common and uncommon magic items, health potions and scrolls. The crafting table for magic items also halves consumable magic items like potions (except health potions) and scrolls as well as one use items like the Perfume of Bewitching or Veteran's Cane. I have added their cost as well.

As for the DMG crafting times good luck trying to apply magic item adept to those rules.
